With the conquest of Cueta in 1415 the Discoveries periodbegan, in wich the Portuguese presented themselves to the world and were influenced by it. This menu was conceived as global panorama of this exciting adventure, with all its risks and enormous rewards, and as a continuation of that adventure, in which, in a sequence of surprising dishes, we celebrate our history and move forward, by land and sea, to the 21st century.
